Cam Chain Tensioner Roller Wheel Set
Set of cam chain rollers for Honda CB/CL/SL engines. These items replace the OEM rubber lined upper and lower rollers that tend to fail from extended use.
CNC machined to high precision tolerances USA. Sprockets and roller are then induction heat treated to 50 Rockwell C.
Order includes:
- Two machined chain rollers (one smooth, and one sprocket),
- A deformable rivet. Each roller contains a high speed/high load rated needle roller bearing.
Installing the rivet requires a rivet driver tool (see other ad to purchase a rivet driver tool specifically designed for this application). Alternatively, you can grind one yourself from a piece of round bar per the instruction procedure linked below.
